Infants: Free (12 months & younger)
We must meet a minimum of 20 friends to have the farm open so please Please PLEASE spread the word to your friends! Please check your email the night before your scheduled visit for any updates in the event our minimum registration has not been met.

Life moves pretty fast these days. At The Art Barn, we invite you to slow down for a little while. Spend the day surrounded by friendly farm animals, fresh country air, and a little farm magic. Meet our furry and feathered friends, create a FARMTASTIC art project, wander through the gardens, and enjoy the simple pleasures of life on a real working farm. Pack a picnic, relax beneath the magnolia trees, or simply watch your little ones laugh, explore, and discover. Every visit is a little different, and that's part of the adventure. Whether you're joining us for the first time or returning to visit old animal friends, we hope you leave with a full heart, a masterpiece in your hands, and memories your family will treasure for years to come.
Online tickets are required for admittance. NO pony rides at this time.
Event Flow
Please arrive at the farm when the event begins.
Check-in at the Art Station and review rules.
Barnyard—meet and pet all of the animals and hold chicks/chickens.
Art Station—guided art lesson or free draw.
Hayride—tractor ride around the pasture.
Pack a picnic - we have giant magnolias with picnic tables under them for you to enjoy.
(We do not have food/beverages for purchase)
A Note About Farm Life: Our vintage tractors are over 70 years old, and every now and then they need a little extra TLC—but don't worry, we'll always have another fun farm adventure ready to go!
A NOTE ABOUT THE WEATHER
Please be aware that we are an almost entirely outdoor facility, so our farm events are dependent on the weather. While we always hope for a warm, sunny day, sometimes the weather doesn’t cooperate!
If there is a high chance of rain or if the temperatures are expected to be below 40 degrees we will most likely need to cancel the event, so PLEASE keep an eye on your email, our website, and our Facebook page for updates! If an event is cancelled due to the weather you have the option to hold onto your tickets for use on a future date or we can issue you a full refund.
Farm Rules
Walking feet only! We want you to stay safe around the animals.
Please keep your hands out of an animals face and yours too!
Do not stand behind an equine (horses, donkeys, ponies, zebras, unicorns…).
Do not pet the pigs! They have poor eyesight. Or the cat…he stays up late!

Play Date FAQ
When are you open? Spring, Summer & Fall! The Farm is a completely outdoor facility. (Reservation Only)
What is the ideal age for our play dates? The farm is fun for all ages, but our play dates are most popular for children ages 1–10.
What time should we arrive? Arrive anywhere between 9:45/10am and departing sometime between 12:00/12:15pm.
What should we wear? Please WEAR FARM ATTIRE (close toed shoes are preferred).
