Our part-time opportunities will keep you on your feet, enjoying the outdoors, and sharing plenty of smiles! Public speaking is a big part of our field trip team’s role. We’re looking for friendly, confident communicators who enjoy leading groups, explaining activities, and making learning fun—with a sense of humor! It’s a wonderful fit for active retirees, moms, dads, and anyone with these interests who wants to earn a little extra “fun money” while helping Farmer Sue bring art, animals, and agriculture to life!

We have horses, donkeys, cows, goats, sheep, chickens, rabbits and pigs. You will be interacting with all of the animals on some level. Being comfortable with the animals is a great start and knowing how to handle them is even better. You may find that your niche is more educational (i.e. weekday field trips) or entertaining (i.e. party hosting on the weekends).

All positions are outdoors. You will need to be comfortable working in the heat/cold and be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Lastly, are you ok with scooping animal poop, wiping down porta potties and driving really old tractors? We will train you in all of the above. As long as you are good with learning, we are good with teaching. As a team, we support and encourage each other and try to set everyone up for success.
