Art & Animal Camp
This isn’t just any old summer camp—this is a week filled with farm fun, daily adventure and memories in the making!
Campers will enjoy hands-on farm experiences as they help care for their new barnyard buddies through feeding, grooming, and learning about the important jobs our animals have on the farm. We'll take a quiet peek into a few of the hens' nests to see who has laid an egg or who might be getting ready to hatch a family.
Campers will also create farmtastic art every day! Each day will feature different animals as the inspiration for our art projects. We will create with paint, clay, mixed media, drawing, and more.
After lunch, we'll head to the woodlands for free time to relax in the hammocks, create even more art, or enjoy games to get our wiggles out. We'll also take a walking tour around the farm to see what's growing in the gardens and discover how compost helps everything grow.
And...if we're lucky, we'll hop a hayride pulled by one of our antique Ford tractors, Matilda or Jewel! Both are over 70 years old, and we cheer every time we get them to "Crank It UP!"
A Note About Farm Life: The Art Barn is a real working farm! Occasionally, activities may vary due to the needs of our animals, weather conditions, or routine maintenance. Our vintage tractors are over 70 years old, and every now and then they need a little extra TLC—but don't worry, we'll always have another fun farm adventure ready to go!

We love Farmer Sue & The Art barn!
Our daughters (age 8 & 10) have been going to Summer camps at the Art barn for 3 years now. Normally, my kids don’t like attending camp but they LOVE the Art barn and so happy to learn and be with the animals there. And they also came home with beautiful art pieces . Farmer Sue is super awesome, busy as she is, She literally read 3 pages “Fact about bunny” which our girl wrote and listen carefully for what the kids say to her. Farmer Sue and her team care for the kids very much. Thank you for creating such a wonderful place for these little ones.

The Art Barn is an amazing place.
My son has been in camp there this week and they went out of their way to do a date reveal on Brody receiving his service dog. HIGHLY recommended!

Our kids have been going to the Art Barn camp for the past three years.
My daughter checks regularly all year long to
make sure she gets to go back again. I have seen
both my kids bloom more each year as they learn
about the ecosystem, agriculture, animals, and art.
More importantly, I have seen them build friendships, exhibit kindness and respect for others and demonstrate a genuine care for those around them,
no matter if they are furry or not. Farmer Sue and
the Art Barn Crew help everything and everyone
grow a little taller and a little brighter.
